Individual Coaching - I offer sessions, both in-person and on the phone. We will start with a discovery session to clearly define your short and long term goals, everything from personal acceptance to new careers, partnerships, improved health and beyond. Group Coaching – available in person at a variety of Nassau County NY locations. In group settings, the contribution of other’s experiences and insights often adds an additional component to loss coaching. Sharing the coaching with others is a way to have community support and make the coaching more affordable. Long-distance groups can also be arranged through the Skype network.
Public Speaking – For groups provding educational programs for those experiencing loss and struggling with life's many challenges, short workshops to provide tools that can enable individuals to choose the path to a more complete life. People leave these introductory coaching sessions with skills to begin or continue on the path they choose. In addition, coaching services are offered to residents of independent or assisted living facilities; we often focus on the lives and loved ones they have lost while adding a component of reflection on recalling the fullness of life then and now. A short workshop can begin the process to ; address the concerns of our vital senior population
